Third and final painting in the series, which I have yet to figure an appropriate name for.
Order is "Clutch" "Grip" "Release"

Read a little poem that was stuck in my head during the painting of these, and decided to add a couple lines to the end. seems to fit the series quite well.
Let it hurt, let it bleed,
Let it heal, Let it go,
Find a way to look beyond,
And something new will grow.
